This policy explains how the personal data you provide through this website is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

- Email: the data included in the messages you send us.
- WhatsApp: your phone number, your profile name and the content of the conversation, if you choose to contact us through this channel.
Please do not include detailed tax or financial information in your first contact that is not needed to guide you.
3. Purposes
- Answering your enquiries and requests for information.
- Preparing and sending you a quote when you request one.
We do not use your data to send you marketing communications or to create profiles.
4. Legal basis
- Your consent, when you send us the form or write to us (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Taking pre-contractual steps at your request when you ask for a quote (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. How we receive messages from the form
The form does not store data on the website: the server sends it by email to the firm's mailbox, managed by Google Ireland Limited (Gmail). The website is hosted by IONOS SE.
6. Retention
We will keep your data for a maximum of one year from your last communication with us. If you go on to hire our services, the data will be kept for the duration of the professional relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable law.
7. Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless legally required. Web hosting and email providers may access it as data processors, with whom the contracts required by article 28 GDPR have been or must be signed.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, that service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which processes data under its own privacy policy and may carry out international data transfers. If you prefer not to use this channel, you can write to us by email or through the form.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to cristiangilasesoria@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
